Exchange and Refunds

Thank you for visiting our exchanges and refunds page. We strive to assist you with sizing, carrier fit and baby-wearing in every way possible. New Native Inc. is committed to providing high quality products that encourage natural parenting and we want you to feel confident when using them. If there is any way that we can support you, please feel free to contact us. We also have instructions available with streaming videos demonstrating various ways to use your New Native Baby Carrier.

Please Note: Discontinued, Overstock and Extra Discounted Factory Second items are sold as-is and are not returnable or exchangeable. In addition, we cannot honor refunds or exchanges on items that have undergone alterations.



EXCHANGES for Cotton Baby Carriers

New Native Inc. is happy to exchange your carrier for another size. You are welcome to call us anytime to discuss sizing. Click here for tips on baby-wearing.

Follow the steps below to complete your exchange request:

1) Determine what size carrier you would like to exchange for. You are welcome to discuss sizing and carrier fit with a New Native representative.

2) Check to make sure you have an authentic New Native Baby Carrier.

3) Give your carrier a quick examination to ensure that it is not stained, dirty, covered in lint or animal hair, or tainted with odors such as smoke, pets, perfumes, lotions or other fragrances. Click here to view the condition of carrier requirements.

4) Fill out the exchange form, making sure to include either a check, money order or credit card to cover return shipping costs. Be as detailed as possible in your responses to the sizing questions, as this will enable our exchange Department to further assist you in sizing if necessary.

5) Package the carrier and send it back to us. We strongly recommend that you insure and track your package as New Native Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If we are unable to process your exchange request, the package will be returned to you at your expense ($6.00 USD)

Please remember that exchanges are accommodated at the discretion of New Native Inc. and that we can make no guarantees without first inspecting the carrier. New Native Inc. reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if condition of carrier requirements are not met or exchange instructions are not followed.

 


REFUNDS for Cotton Baby Carriers

New Native Inc. is happy to issue a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. Please refer to the links below for additional policy information on returning your carrier. We sincerely hope that you continue contact carrying, regardless of your choice of product or brand-name. Please let us know if there is any way that we can support you in doing so.

Follow the steps below to complete your refund request:

1) Verify that you have an authentic New Native Baby Carrier and that it is in like-new condition making sure that the carrier is not stained, dirty, covered in lint or animal hair or tainted with odors such as smoke, pets, perfumes, lotions or other fragrances.

2) Make sure that the carrier you are returning was originally purchased from New Native Inc. and that it has not been more than 60 days since the original purchase date. You will need to include a copy of your invoice displaying the purchase date and New Native Inc.’s logo and address. Feel free to call us if you are unsure where your carrier was purchased.

3) Complete the refund form. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice along with your request. Including your email address will allow New Native Inc. to send confirmation of your refund.

4) Package the carrier and send it back to us. We strongly recommend that you insure and track your package as New Native Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If we are unable to process your refund request, the package will be returned to you at your expense ($6.00 USD).

 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS FOR OTHER PRODUCTS

Silk/Hand-Painted Baby Carriers
The delicate nature of these fabrics requires that they are hand-washed and hang-dried only. An exchange or refund request will be honored only if washing instructions have been observed and the carrier is clean and undamaged. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Infant Support Pillows, Doll Carriers, Washies, Droolies, Blankets, Face Cloths, Bibs, Diaper Bags, T-Shirts
  These items can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of the original purchase date. Exchange and refund values are subject to rigorous inspection to determine resale value.

Of course, all products made by New Native® are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing.  

Books and Video and Products by Aubrey Organics, Coyuchi, Merry Hempsters, Motherlove, Nordic Naturals, New Wave Enviro, ProBar, Sheffa Foods and Under The Nile
  We will be happy to exchange or refund un-used, un-opened un-expired bottles or jars and clean, unwashed textiles in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. No Exceptions. Please include a copy of the original invoice.

Please remember that refunds are given at the discretion of New Native Inc. and that we can make no guarantees concerning refund or credit amounts. New Native Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it is received more than 60 days beyond the original purchase date or if condition of carrier requirements are not met. Any product not purchased directly from New Native Inc. will returned to you at your own expense.
