We now have a series of Windows videos showing the basics of how to use our carrier. Each segment is less than 6 MB's and can be downloaded from a standard 56k modem in about 4-12 minutes, DSL or cable download time is much less. The videos are in wmv (windows media video) format and will run on windows media player version 7.1 and above. If your network connection is not able to stream the videos directly (i.e. long loading delay or choppy playing) then right click the link and use "save target as" to download the file and play it after the file is saved on your hard drive. Windows media player can be downloaded for free from Microsoft.
