Refund Policy
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of New Native® Inc. We can make no guarantees concerning refund or credit amounts. New Native® Inc. cannot issue refunds more than 30 days after the time of purchase. If an item is not in like-new condition, or was not purchased directly from New Native® Inc., the product will be returned to you at your own expense. Refund requests must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Approved refunds cover only the cost of the product, not shipping costs, and will be issued via the original purchase method to the name of the original purchasing party. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items- it is your responsibility to insure your package. We cannot issue refunds for discontinued items, factory seconds, items that have undergone alterations, or any other item clearly marked as “non-refundable”, no exceptions. Please purchase wisely. 

Exchange Policy

For clean items that are not in like-new condition, a product of similar condition will be sent to you. Products received with stains, dirt, lint, hair or odors will be returned to you at your expense. Exchange requests must be accompanied with a completed exchange form (available on this website) and the exchange shipping and handling fee (also detailed on this website). We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items- it is your responsibility to insure packages sent to New Native® Inc. We cannot process exchanges for discontinued items, factory seconds, items that have undergone alterations, or any other item clearly marked as “non-exchangeable”, no exceptions. Our baby pouches are non-adjustable. For the safety and security of any child with whom you are using our products and for your own comfort, sizing is extremely important. It is also critical that the pouch is folded and worn correctly to ensure the comfort and safety of both the wearer and the baby.

By ordering from New Native®, Inc. you are consenting to thoroughly educating yourself as to all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, either expressed or implied. Once a product leaves these premises, we are not responsible for any mishaps that may take place due to improper sizing, folding or use; including but not limited to any mishaps that are not a direct result of workmanship. New Native® Inc. shall not be responsible for anything that may happen due to the failure to make use of the aforementioned forms of assistance and / or instructions.

Pricing
At any time we have the right to alter our prices and to correct any misinformation in the pricing contained on our website or in our printed material. We shall have no liability for any such changes and are not obligated to fulfill orders at old or invalid prices.

We encourage you to research sellers from whom you wish to buy; please ensure that any such seller is an authorized dealer of New Native® Inc. products, and more importantly, ensure that the seller’s sling-style carrier is actually an authentic New Native® Baby Pouch.
