Refund Policy
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of New Native Inc. We can make no guarantees concerning refund or credit amounts. New Native Inc. cannot issue refunds more than 60 days after the time of purchase. If an item is not in like-new condition, or was not purchased directly from New Native Inc., the product will be returned to you at your own expense. Refund requests must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Approved refunds cover only the cost of the product, not shipping costs, and will be issued via the original purchase method to the name of the original purchasing party. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items- it is your responsibility to insure your package. We will not issue refunds for Discontinued, Overstock or Extra Discounted Factory Seconds, or for any other item clearly marked as “non-refundable”, no exceptions. Please purchase wisely. (Note: Once an alteration has been made to a carrier we cannot honor a refund or exchange.)

Exchange Policy

New Native can issue an exchange for the life of the carrier. For clean items that are not in like-new condition, a carrier of similar condition will be sent to you. Products received with stains, dirt, lint, hair or odors will be returned to you at your own expense. Exchange requests must be accompanied with a completed exchange form (available on this website) and the exchange shipping and handling fee (also detailed on this website). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items- it is your responsibility to insure your package. We will not process exchanges for Discontinued, Overstock or Extra Discounted Factory Seconds, or for any other item clearly marked as “non-exchangeable”, no exceptions. Please purchase wisely. For the safety and security of your child (or any baby you may be carrying the carrier), and for your own comfort, it is important to get the correct size. This is a non-adjustable carrier, so sizing is important to a happy, comfortable baby-wearing experience. It is also important that the carrier is folded and worn correctly to ensure the comfort and safety of both the wearer and the baby. Call us if you have questions about the sizing.

By ordering with New Native®, Inc. you are consenting to thoroughly educating yourself as to all of aforementioned terms and conditions, either expressed or implied. Once the carrier leaves these premises, we are not responsible for any mishaps that may take place in regard to or in connection with our carrier not being the correct size, or not being folded or worn correctly, and including but not limited to any mishaps that may occur while the baby is in the carrier, that are not a direct result of the workmanship of the carrier itself. New Native® Inc. shall not be responsible for anything that may happen due to aforementioned forms of assistance and/or instruction not being utilized.

Pricing
At any time we have the right to alter our prices and to correct any misinformation in the pricing contained on our website or in our printed material. We shall have no liability for any such changes and are not obligated to fulfill orders at old or invalid prices.

As the original manufacturer of the “native style sling”, our name recognition is often used on eBay or other websites to sell imitation carriers. Although we are interested in promoting baby wearing and contact carrying, we must advise you that these carriers are not manufactured by New Native®, Inc. and not affiliated with us in any way. We are not liable for anything that may happen to a baby while being carried in any of these reproductions.

We encourage you to research the seller that you are buying from as to whether they are an authorized dealer of the New Native® Baby Carrier, and more importantly whether their carrier is actually an authentic New Native® Baby Carrier. Without our trademark (as described below) on the product, you can not rely on the standard of production that is used in the making of our carriers.
